Why should I give away my precious ideas for free on the internet?

You don’t have to give away your most precious idea for free but why not offering appealing samples of your skills and expanding your portfolio substantially?

You can set a link to your own website here.

You may have a great idea but don’t have the means or simply time to realise them. Upload the design onto this website and find somebody to realise your idea.

Isn’t it exciting to invent something and find out how other creative people are capable to enhance it?

Using a Creative Commons-License you can predefine what other people are allowed to do with your creation.

You may have an idea which does not prove to be used commercially because your target group does not have enough money. Why not giving the idea away for the benefit of honour?

 

Why can I get the products on this website only in digital?

We show products which can be defined in digital format. They were designed Computer-aided.

This helps reducing transportation costs as the products can be manufactured locally. They can be produced on-demand, so there is no need in storage.

The designs are not final. You can customise them in material, colour, size… you can also make improvement suggestions to everybody else: We support the advancement of designs. We think this is best done by spreading the ideas to other creative people.

This is probably the biggest strength providing a differentiation to rigid manufacturing processes of a world wide mass-production: Democratic Design.
